Wholesale Conditions

INTERESTED PARTY agrees to the wholesale purchase of ATELIER MONTSOURIS products at 40% off retail price per product for resale.

For large orders (e.g. from 1500€ HT purchase excluding transport, 5% discount), progressive percentages of discounts will be applied. ATELIER MONTSOURIS is not responsible for client sales of wholesale products. Return orders or exchanges will not be granted unless agreed upon by ATELIER MONTSOURIS on a case-to-case basis. INTERESTED PARTY is responsible for a non-refundable deposit of 50% for items upon agreement date, which upon completion date (approximately 4/6 weeks from contract sign date) will be put towards the wholesale order total.

If INTERESTED PARTY backs out of this agreement for any reason, the 50% non-refundable deposit will remain with ATELIER MONTSOURIS to cover losses. INTERESTED PARTY is responsible for shipping costs associated with delivery through DHL, DPD, Fedex, UPS (or pick up at the studio) upon completion of ATELIER MONTSOURIS wholesale products. Atelier Montsouris will provide the shipping costs once all items are available and these costs will be added to the remaining 50% to be paid. INTERESTED PARTY must forward the remaining payment before shipment is made. ATELIER MONTSOURIS is committed to proceed to shipment within 1 working day after reception of payment. For any dispute concerning this agreement, the competent court is The Court of Paris_FRANCE.
